By accessing or using Rip'd Index Sports Cards ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated.
Users agree not to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful behavior on the App. This includes but is not limited to: misrepresenting card conditions, scamming other users, posting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws.
Any form of scamming, fraud, or deceptive conduct will result in the offending user being immediately banned and permanently removed from the platform. Rip'd Index App LLC reserves the right to investigate reported incidents and take appropriate action, including account termination, without prior notice. Users who are banned forfeit all access to the App and any associated data.
Rip'd Index App LLC is not a party to any transaction between users. The App provides a platform for users to catalog, display, and connect regarding sports cards. Rip'd Index App LLC does not facilitate, process, or guarantee any sales, trades, or transactions between users.
Rip'd Index App LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the authenticity, condition, quality, or value of any cards listed by users. All users must use their own discretion when buying, selling, trading, or otherwise transacting with other users. Any transaction entered into is solely between the buyer and seller, and Rip'd Index App LLC shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or in connection with such transactions.
Rip'd Index App LLC is not responsible for any financial loss, damages, disputes, or legal issues arising from user-to-user transactions. Users assume all risks associated with selling their property and transacting with others on the platform.
The App's name, logo, branding, and all original content are the property of Rip'd Index App LLC. Card images, player names, team logos, and other sports-related IP belong to their respective rights holders. The App does not claim ownership over third-party intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rip'd Index App LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Rip'd Index App LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
