3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared only:
With other users: Your name, profile picture, and collection data are visible to other users when they browse card ownership or view your public profile. Your email is visible only to users you message.
Service providers: We use Base44 for hosting, authentication, and database services. They process data on our behalf.
Legal obligations: If required by law or to protect our rights and users.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile page. Upon deletion, your personal information, messages, and collection data are permanently removed. Some anonymized analytics data may be retained.

Our app uses the following third-party services:
Base44: Backend platform providing authentication, database, and hosting services.
CardSight AI: External card search and identification service.
7. Children's Privacy
Rip'd Index is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
